The road

By Sina Oshaghi

The desert keeps its own hours

You do not set the schedule out there. You read it.

In the desert the day is not divided the way it is in a city. There are hours when riding is simply the wrong thing to be doing, and hours that are handed to you and should not be wasted arguing with a map.

Learning that is not a skill you can be taught in a room. You find it out by being somewhere at the wrong time once.
